Disclaimer of the ongoing activities at Alade Retail Market
Warning to the public
The attention of the Ikeja Local Government has been drawn to the ongoing activities by Messrs Masters Reality Int’l Concepts Ltd in conjunction with Plusworld Realtors Limited, which include the publication/advertisement for the sale of shops at the Alade Retail Market.
The Local Government hereby disclaims these activities based on the following:
i. That the concession agreement between Ikeja Local Government and Masters Reality Int’l Concepts Ltd has since been terminated vide a Letter of Termination dated 24th September, 2021; and as such the agreement stands terminated!
ii. That the redevelopment of Alade Retail Market is a subject of litigation between Masters Reality Int’l Concepts Ltd AND Ikeja Local Government with Suit Number: ID/ADR/1918/2021.
iii. That the land of Alade Retail Market remains the property of Ikeja Local Government.
In the light of this, the public is strongly advised to ignore any offer for sale, publications/advertisement whatsoever made in respect of Alade Retail Market.
Anybody that deals with the above named companies does so at his/her own peril!
The Ikeja Local Government shall not be liable for the consequences arising from any direct or indirect dealings with the companies.
